Celtic Kaleidoscope Opening during Irish Arts Week

Opening Tuesday, April 18th 7-8:30pm and on display for the foreseeable future, Celtic Kaleidoscope celebrates designs from historical sources such as Newgrange, the Book of Kells, and traditional Celtic ornament, this series offers whimsical interpretations of Spiral and Knot patterns in the round. Each piece weaves together ancient formal conventions with a modern color palette to produce a kaleidoscope of Celtic pattern language.

This new artwork by CJAC instructor and artist, Jeanine Malec, will adorn the walls of our lobby gallery. Complimentary refreshments will be available at the opening. Presented by the CJAC's Outreach Program.
