Tarot is both a powerful tool of storytelling and of healing. Tarot is a reflection into our minds, hearts, and souls. It is an invitation to immerse ourselves in stories of past, present, and future. Both individual and collective, temporary and eternal.

Archetypes of Healing is an exhibition by and for survivors of childhood trauma to come together and share stories of their healing journeys inspired by the enchanting lessons that tarot has to offer us. It seeks to honor the richness and complexity of our lives through the transformative power of art.

Archetypes of Healing is proud to feature and uplift 15 survivor-artists, across an abundance of mediums. Join them on February 15th, 2022 in the launch of this healing space.

Astral Cherry Art, a small healing arts project based in Western Massachusetts, is hosting an upcoming online exhibition entitled ‘Archetypes of Healing: A Tarot-Inspired Exhibition for Survivors of Childhood Trauma’. Survivor-artists of all mediums will come together to offer short stories, poetry, sculpture, painting, music, film, photography, theatre--any and all works that are inspired by tarot and healing.

Astral Cherry Art: ACA is a disabled, queer & trans-led healing arts project seeking to create space to talk about trauma & how we can cultivate communities that embrace healing. Offerings from ACA have taken the form of educational & creative workshops, peer support groups, exhibitions, and more. All tips/donations go toward supporting this work.
